ENSOCO, INC.

EnSoCo, Inc., a U.S. owned and operated service company was incorporated in 1982 to provide

marine

navigation positioning and processing services to the oil and gas exploration industry.

EnSoCo's

primary

focus has been to provide specialized software and services, which determine

and verify the

precise

location of seismic instruments, used in the land, marine and transition zone

environment to

image the sub-

surface structure of the earth. In particular our processing provides real

world coordinates

for the seismic

energy source and hydrophone and geophone receivers used in

seismic data acquisition

on vessel towed

streamer and ocean bottom operations.

Beginning in the late 1990's, EnSoCo started offering expanded services by applying our knowledge

geodesy and positioning to the emerging data management and mapping disciplines offered

through

GIS

applied technologies. EnSoCo believe spatial data management to be a necessary core

competency for

oil and gas companies. We have built an extensive capability in organizing,

cataloguing,

quality assessing

and managing Oil & Gas positioning assets for our clients, which

include data brokers,

acquisition

contractors, independent and major oil companies.

We have supported industry recognition of positioning importance through involvement in the

European

Positioning and Survey Group's coordinate reference systems' data base initiatives; now

part of the

Organization of Gas Producers (OGP) and in the initives of The Americas Petroleum

Survey Group

(APSG)

developing geodesy and positioning education, geodetic guidelines, and best

practise

procedures.

EnSoCo believe involvement in these efforts provides critical exposure and

industry

recognition in the

spatial data initiatives.

We strive to produce correct geodesy and and accurate positioning for the Oil and Gas Industry and

through our efforts, offer added value to key assets.
